• Analytics & advertising measurement — e.g. Google Analytics; optionally LinkedIn or similar platforms if used for campaigns
• Video / media embeds — e.g. Descript, YouTube
• Communications / scheduling — e.g. Zoom, Slack when used for delivery or support

These providers process information on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own policies, depending on the service. We update this list as our tooling changes.

In short: We may use cookies and similar technologies for functionality, analytics, and (where used) marketing.

We implement measures designed to protect personal information. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet. Please use the Services in a secure environment and protect your account credentials.

9. Do we collect information from minors?

In short: No. The Services are not directed to children under 18.

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live). If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. Some browsers offer a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) setting. Because there is no uniform standard for recognizing DNT signals, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. If a standard that we must follow is adopted, we will update this policy.

12. California residents

In short: California residents may have additional rights under state privacy laws.

Under California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code § 1798.83), California residents may request certain information about personal information disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
